I, Maya Hayashi, living at my highest and best, am confident, generous, modest, flexible and passionate. This is so that I can be a better person in interacting with others besides friendship. I would not always prefer these elements between friendships, but would rather prefer in social relations in the future I would have, such as at work. Although, the reason I think these are important is because I actually think that people who share these kind of elements seems attractive, not just as a working employee, but as a human being. As for me, the first thing I would like to achieve is to become confident in what I do. Eventually, I hope that I can become an ideal model for someone else, too.
